Take bookings for one host, share them between available staff or bring required colleagues into the same meeting.
Team includes three staff hosts. Add more as you need them.
Choose how staff are assigned to bookings
Each meeting type can have one host, a choice of hosts or several required colleagues.
Round robin
Offer the available times across selected staff and assign each booking to one host.
Useful when any member of a selected team can take the appointment.
Collective meetings
Offer times when every required colleague is free.
Useful when a conversation needs several colleagues together.

Offer times when at least one of your selected staff is free. When a customer books, Schedivo assigns one available host.
Choose the staff who can host
Select colleagues who have joined your workspace and should receive these bookings.
Check each host’s calendar
Available times depend on the shared meeting hours and each person’s connected calendar.
Take turns between available hosts
Hosts take turns based on their previous assignments. A host must be available to receive the booking. Rescheduling keeps the same host.

all required staff are free
Offer times only when all required colleagues are free. Schedivo sends the appointment to each required colleague’s selected calendar.
Invite the required staff
One selected person leads the call. Other required staff receive their own participant links, and Schedivo sends appointment changes to their calendars.
